Returns Policy

You can return an item for any reason, simply log-in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

Shipping Policy

We only ship with USPS to the US and Canada. USPS deliveries (in the US) are Priority mail which take between 2-4 days, but delays can happen. Shipments to Canada take about 1-2 weeks. All US orders over $200 ship free. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free shipping to Canada.
